Organic Program Compliance, one year on.

Just over a year ago, the new USDA Strengthening Organic Enforcement (SOE) rule took effect. Elenteny quickly recalibrated its business to comply with the new rule and secured certification as an organic importer. Over the past 12 months, we have registered and imported in excess of 60,000 cases of organic wine seamlessly and without issue.

At Elenteny, we have four enrollment periods each year to ensure registration and compliance with the USDA rules. The remaining period in 2025 are:

June 2-20

September 1-19

December 1-19

Annual Registration Renewal

May is registration renewal month for the bulk of our customers. We are now in the process of renewing registered organic products (registration is valid for 1 year) & the team will shortly contact our customers regarding this renewal.

Memorial Day Warehouse Closures

Elenteny Imports and all partnering warehouses will be closed on Monday, May 26th in observance of Memorial Day.

Please review the updated delivery schedules:

Fond Du Lac

Fond Du Lac will be closed on Monday May 26th. Orders placed on Friday, May 23rd will be processed for delivery on Tuesday, May 27th.

Fond Du Lac will be operating on their normal Tuesday delivery schedule. We strongly encourage all customers to send as many orders as possible on Friday, May 23rd for Tuesday delivery to help mitigate potential delays during the week due to high volume.

Sidekick

Sidekick will not be delivering orders on Monday, May 26th. The warehouse will be open for outside carrier / national order scheduled pickups. Elenteny will be processing orders on Friday May 23rd for delivery on Tuesday May 27th .

DNT

DNT will be closed on Monday, May 26th and will not be making deliveries on Tuesday, May 27th.

The first available delivery date after Memorial Day will be Wednesday, May 28th. Orders intended for delivery on Wednesday, May 28th need to be submitted by cutoff on Friday, May 23rd and dated for May 27th.
