Operations Update
Chile/Argentina
The Chilean and Argentinian authorities have announced that the “LOS LIBERTADORES” pass, connecting Chile and Argentina, is scheduled to re-open September 13th. Given the length of the weather closure, it is anticipated that transit will be slow for 2 weeks while the backlog is cleared.
CBMA Update
Elenteny has been working diligently to ensure that you are collecting your CBMA credits in the first half of the year. We’ve filed over 1,000 entries eligible for refunds, and collected nearly $400,000. At the end of this month we will file for this quarter and those refunds will likely be sent before the end of the year. Q4 refunds will be issued in the first part of 2024.
