Operations Update

We are excited to announce that: 

  • Effective March 1st, for all shipments from Europe, there will be a price reduction.

  • Effective the 1st of April, we will be resuming our West Coast Direct LCL service.

European lanes price reduction:
Elenteny Imports recently received updated pricing tariffs from our freight forwarders and are pleased to announce that prices on the European lanes continue to fall.  We are implementing our second price reduction of 2023, reducing our most popular LCL lanes prices from between ~$2.00 to ~$3.00 per case.  Example price changes – level 3 pricing (200 – 349 cases)

East coast

  • France -> NY Base price $21.73 -> $19.38

  • Italy -> NY Base price  $20.23 -> $17.53

West coast – (Through March 31st, see below)

  • France -> through NY Base price $27.24 -> $25.77

  • Italy -> through NY Base price $25.61 -> $23.96

Resumption of our direct LCL service to the West Coast:

We are excited to announce the resumption of our direct LCL service to the West Coast.  We have received feedback from many of you asking that this service be restarted.  New shipping schedules, price reductions as well as more positive signs on the labor side have enabled us to make the decision to resume this service effective for shipments beginning Q2, April 1st.

West coast Direct LCL shipments – Example pricing – Effective 1st April 2023:

  • France ->through  NY current  Base price $27.24 -> $22.19* (California Direct)

  • Italy ->     through  NY current  Base price $25.61 ->  $19.18* (California Direct)

*Example price changes – level 3 pricing (200 – 349 cases)

The approximate shipping-time from Europe to the West Coast is ~40 days Ocean time, plus port and transport time.
