Port Updates:

France port and rail strikes: This past week on the 26th & 31st of January there was no gate activity at terminals.  Rail strike action is expected February 7th & 8th.

New York: Vessel wait times average 2 days for APM and PNCT terminals. Continued improvement with berthing times. Some delays attributed to 3PL appointments, but these issues do not currently affect Elenteny.

Oakland: Berth availability is now down to 24 hours on average.  Truckers are using night gates to return equipment which has eased some congestion. Negotiations continue between ILWU and PMA without any news being reported this week.  Sidekick is now inbounding within 24-hours.

Los Angeles/Long Beach: Fluid with minimum wait times mostly due to blank sailings.  Local trucking delays have been reduced and are being closely monitored.  The LAX/LGB rail operations from all terminals and the off dock ramps are improving helping container flow.

Houston: Berth waiting time up to 6 days due to labor availability and general congestion. Recent spikes in volume are impacting chassis availability.
