Elenteny Imports will be closed on Thanksgiving 11/25 and the day after Thanksgiving 11/26. Any orders placed on Wednesday, 11/24 will ship out the following Monday 11/29 (with the exception of Sidekick).
Our Distribution team will be operating on a limited basis Sunday, 11/21 from 10am – 1pm EST. We will be processing orders shipping on Monday, 11/22 from Fond du Lac, Western Carriers and Chilled Solutions. All orders are due to the team by 1pm EST.
Please refer to our vendors’ schedules detailed below so you can plan your orders accordingly.
Fond du Lac
FDL will be accepting orders Sunday, 11/21 for delivery Monday, 11/22. Please try to send as many orders as possible between Friday and Sunday for delivery Monday as Tuesday is the largest delivery day of the year.
Western Carriers
Please be advised Western Carriers will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 25th. All shipping, receiving and customer service departments will be closed.
Below is a breakdown of their delivery schedule for the week:
Sun, Nov 21st – Order department will open to receive orders for Monday delivery. The cut off time will be 1:00 PM EST.
Mon, Nov 22nd – local deliveries will follow a Friday delivery schedule, this includes East End Long Island service with NJ deliveries added based on volume.
Tues, Nov 23rd – local deliveries will follow Thursday’s delivery schedule, including NJ Shore run, Toms River through Cape May.
Weds, Nov 24th – local deliveries will follow a normal schedule, this includes East End Long Island service. Orders received on this day will be processed for Monday, November 29th delivery.
Thurs, Nov 25th – closed for Thanksgiving Day
Fri, Nov 26th – Elenteny Imports closed for Black Friday
Chilled Solutions
Sunday November 21st : We will be taking orders for delivery on Monday 22nd to Suburbs and Chicago. Order cutoff is 12pm CST sharp on Sunday.
Tuesday November 23rd : We will be going to suburbs, downstate and Chicago this day. All downstate orders need be submitted by 4:15pm CST Monday November 22nd to go out on Tuesday 23rd.
Wednesday November 24th : We will be delivering to Suburbs and Chicago. The distribution team will only be processing CPUs for Monday 29th.
Thursday November 25th & Friday November 26th : We will be closed due to observance of Thanksgiving.
Sidekick
Closed 11/25 and 11/26.
Will be operating under normal delivery schedule except for the days closed.
DNT
DNT are closed Thursday and Friday, so are making deliveries on Monday 11/22. Please refer to the schedule below or reach out to us with questions on order deadlines.
Picking up from FDL: Orders for delivery Monday, 11/22 need to be submitted by cutoff on Thursday, 11/18 and dated for Friday, 11/19.

We will not be processing a transfer from FDL to DC the week of Thanksgiving. Therefore, Monday, 11/15 is the final day to submit orders for delivery prior to the holiday. We will resume processing our weekly transfer of orders the week of 11/29.
