Tariffs Update.

Yesterday,  the President signed an Executive Order on tariffs.  The Office of the US Trade Representative (USTR) also published a fact sheet on how reciprocal tariffs were calculated.

The Executive Order also contains the following Annexes, which are linked here.
Annex I – Countries and Territories Tariffs
Annex II – A list of goods exempted from the Executive Order
Annex III – A list of Modified HTSUS codes

Trade and advocacy groups have released statements as work continues to confirm the in-transit exemptions and exceptions in the published Annexes to the order.  You can find the statements below.
