FDA Bi-Annual Renewal Closes On December 31, 2024
Food facilities that are required to register with FDA must renew registrations during the period beginning on October 1 and ending on December 31 of each even-numbered year.
During the renewal period, you will not see the “Update” button listed on the FFRM main menu, until the registration is renewed. If a registration is not renewed by 11:59 PM on December 31 of 2024, the registration is considered expired and FDA will remove it from your account.
In addition, all facilities must include a unique facility identifier (UFI) recognized as acceptable to FDA with the registration submission “To” date, FDA recognizes the Data Universal Numbering System D-U-N-S (DUNS) number as an acceptable UFI. The DUNS number is assigned and managed by Dun & Bradstreet. DUNS numbers can be obtained or verified by visiting D&B’s websiteExternal Link Disclaimer

2025 CBMA Allocations
The TTB has launched the 2025 CBMA assignments on the myTTB portal.
Assignments must be renewed annually and should be the best overestimate of what you may import in 2025.
Once the supplier makes the 2025 allocation, please provide their TTB ID and the gallon figure to cbma@elentenyimports.com.
You can still set up CBMA assignments or increase your gallonage for the rest of 2024, however, any containers that arrive after the New Year must have 2025 assignments.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask at cbma@elentenyimports.com.
