Customer Spotlight: Branchwater Farms

Branchwater Farms is more than just a distillery; they’re an integrated group of micro-farms all cultivated in accordance with organic and regenerative farming principles. They created an outpost of responsible land stewardship rooted in respect for tradition, quality, and craft. They also make the most expressive, terroir-driven spirits possible.

What was once deforested land is again a precious mix of water, forest, and field.  At Branchwater’s heart is a mid-1800s post-and-beam cow barn filled with shiny copper pot stills, fermentation tanks, mash tuns, spirit tanks, pumps, motors, steam generators and condensers designed and built in Germany and Austria.

Visit their site and see the amazing work they’ve with the land, the community, and the many unique spirits in their distillery.

Raising a glass to Branchwater Farms!
