Elenteny Imports will be closed on Monday, 9/7 in observance of Labor Day. Below are the delivery schedules and messages from our warehousing vendors. Please read the Fond du Lac section carefully as they will have delivery limitations and possible issues the week of Labor Day. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Fond Du Lac
Fond du Lac will be closed Monday, 9/7 in observance of Labor Day. As such, we will not be dispatching our delivery trucks on Monday, 9/7 and Tuesday, 9/8.
Fond du Lac will resume operations on Tuesday, 9/8 and will begin processing orders for delivery that week keeping the delivery schedule that has been in place.
They will be open for pick up by DNT or National trucking carriers from Tuesday, 9/8.
Historically, on Tuesday for Wednesday after a holiday weekend, order volume spikes are high. We will do our best to manage the expected volume spike, however we may not be able to deliver all orders submitted Tuesday, September 8th for next day delivery and we may have to defer some orders to Thursday or Friday delivery. We will prioritize all Wednesday exclusive routes, including the Mid-Hudson and Jersey Shore.
Fond du Lac will be open and delivering on their CoVid service schedule to all regions the week before Labor Day. We urge all our customers to order sufficient quantities the week before Labor Day to avoid any service delays.
DNT
DNT’s offices will be closed on Monday, 9/7 and we will begin picking up product on Tuesday, 9/8. We will resume deliveries on Wednesday, 9/9. Please click here to view their full delivery schedule for that week.
All orders to be picked up Tuesday, 9/8 out of FDL, need to be submitted by cutoff on Friday, 9/4 and dated for Tuesday, 9/8.
DNT orders out of Western Carriers can be submitted on Tuesday, 9/8 for Wednesday, 9/9 delivery.
Western Carriers
Closed Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.
All local orders received on Friday, 9/4 will be dispatched for Tuesday, 9/8.
The basic delivery changes for the week beginning 9/7 are as follows:
Monday, September 7th – CLOSED
Tuesday, September 8th – MONDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Wednesday, September 9th – REGULAR WEDNESDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE INCLUDES HAMPTONS
Thursday, September 10th – REGULAR THURSDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE INCLUDES NJ SOUTH SHORE
Friday, September 11th – REGULAR FRIDAY DELIVERY SCHEDULE INCLUDES HAMPTONS
Also, please note we have extended our Summer delivery schedule through September.
Deliveries for the East End of Long Island (The Hamptons) will continue on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
We will revert back to our normal delivery schedule (Wednesday and Friday ONLY) the week beginning October 5th.
Chilled Solutions
We will be closed Monday, 9/7 in observance of Labor Day and will resume business on Tuesday, 9/8. We will be delivering to Suburbs/Chicago only on Tuesday, 9/8 but orders must be in by 2:15pm CST on Friday, 9/4.
The rest of the week will remain as usual.
Zachy’s DC
Closed 9/7. Any orders submitted on Friday, 9/4 will be scheduled for delivery Tuesday, 9/8. The weekly transfer will operate as normal.
Sidekick
Will be open Monday, 9/7, but Elenteny will be processing orders Friday, 9/4 for Tuesday, 9/8 delivery. Normal delivery schedules will apply.
