Dear Elenteny Partners,
I hope you are all staying safe and healthy. We wanted to alert you to an important delivery schedule change from our warehousing partner, Fond du Lac.
As a result of the challenging times we are in, FDL has made the difficult decision to alter their delivery schedule as of next week, starting Monday 3/30. The aim behind the change, in light of reduced order volume, is to maximize truck capacity to reduce the number of drivers & helpers going out unnecessarily.
No trucks will be dispatched on Mondays for local deliveries and pick-ups
FDL will still be open on Mondays for CPUs & national order pick-ups, but they will not be dispatching any trucks for delivery or pick-ups. Any orders in the system for Monday 3/30 will be rolled to Tuesday 3/31.
Hudson Valley trucks will be dispatched on Wednesdays only, so no Friday deliveries/pick-ups
Please make your accounts aware that, during this period, FDL will serve these locations on Wednesdays only.
Manhattan deliveries/pick-ups will only take place on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Fridays
In order to limit deliveries in Manhattan, FDL will only deliver to this area on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Other areas of New York City will not be affected by this, i.e. all other routes usually serviced Mon-Fri will become Tues-Fri.
FDL is suspending the AM Guarantee truck for the time being
It is not possible for FDL to send a dedicated AM Truck during this time. FDL will continue to route deliveries according to the requested delivery window.
The situation remains fluid as we all adapt to changing circumstances. We will notify you if FDL implements any further changes to their delivery schedule.
Please reach out to your Account Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
