Thanksgiving Week Warehouse Info:

FDL: Weekend Submission!
Orders will be processed on Sunday, 11/19 for delivery Monday, 11/20. Any order submitted over the weekend before 2:15 pm EST on 11/19 will be processed for delivery. This is a firm cut-off. No late orders will be accepted on 11/19.

DNT: Monday Delivery!
Deliveries 11/20-11/25 will be on a normal schedule with the notable addition of Monday 11/20. Please reach out to your Account Manager with any specific location requests or questions.

Vin Lux: Monday Delivery!
Deliveries on 11/20 will be made in order to assist with the volume during Thanksgiving week. Standard cutoff times on Friday, 11/17 will apply for Monday deliveries.

Sold in Transit Letters:
All importers must submit a Sold in Transit (SOT) letter for each and every purchase order. These letters are due before a container arrives. Non-compliance with this requirement may result in your product being held and incur additional costs. Please reach out to Elizabeth Levine with order to assist with any questions.

New Hires:

Holiday Office Hours
All TEI offices will be closed for Thanksgiving: Thursday and Friday 11/23-11/24.

TEI offices will also be closed for Christmas, Monday 12/25 and New Year’s Day, Monday 1/1/2018.

December Consolidations:
Many wineries will be closed for part/all of the second half of December. To minimize lead times for your December pickups, please ask your producers to be confirm collection dates no later than 12/15/17.

New Jersey Brand Registration Renewal Time:
Beginning 11/15/17, you will need to renew any brands you wish to sell direct wholesale in New Jersey. Please be on the look-out for this Memo next week with further instructions.
