Operations Update:
FDA Webinar : Previously, we alerted you that the FDA Renewal 2022 Deadline 2022 was approaching.
THe FDA renewal period for 2022 began on October 1, 2022. This year’s renewal process includes the additional step of obtaining and updating the registration with the facility’s Unique Facility Identifier (“UFI”) otherwise known as the facilities “DUNS number.” Please note that failure to properly register during this renewal period with a DUNS number will result in failed clearances, and possibly demurrage, per diems, detention and additional storage fees until resolved.

Inbound Timelines: With peak selling season upon us, delays have largely migrated from the ports to warehouses. Delays at APM & PNCT are down to about a week at the margins, but warehouses are booked out 3-4 weeks. Fond du Lac continues to see normal outbound operations while inbounding is taking anywhere from 3-4 days. Cross-docking operations continue as normal with Sidekick appointments returning to near normal. We continue to avoid west coast ports for LCL shipments as their turnaround times have grown to an average of 39 days.
